Mystery Premium Australian Prosecco
This is a pleasingly gentle example of the Prosecco variety and has notes of white peaches. A delightful sparkler. It is bright lemon straw in colour with a fine bead. Aromas of fresh apples, lemon curd and dried herb with some subtle toasty notes lead to a soft, layered and rich palate with a creamy mousse, a generous core of stonefruit with hints of yeast autolysis and mouth-watering length.
Australia was the 7th biggest wine-producing country in 2015 and the 4th biggest wine exporter. Throughout Australia, we have over 170,000 hectares of vineyards that cover the landscape of the many prestige wine regions Australia has to offer within its different states.
