Adelaide Hills vines began to be planted in the 1870s and are one of Australia's most sophisticated and beautiful cool climate wine region with about 50 cellar doors across its incredible landscape. In the regions, early days with the cool climate changes the vines had to be taken up by 1930 and only replanted 40 years later.
