Are you ready to enjoy a DIY wine tasting for a whole week? Then settle in and get ready to discover some wonderful wines from a variety of different regions. Our wine specialists have brought out their deepest knowledge of quality wines to offer you a sensational list with one for each night of the week...

Sunday: We welcome our Sundays with a dry white. These wines are usually made from Sauvignon Blanc, with or without Semillon (a golden skinned grape that is used to make both dry and sweet wines). Our wine experts have selected the ‘AlluraSauv Blanc (2019)’, for those wanting the best bang for their bucks as you’ll keep coming back for another glass. The 98 point rated wine ‘Pioneer WinesHunter Valley Semillon’ is also a really good option for those looking for something premium, the type you just can't put down!

Monday: It's Monday, so let's brighten up the day with a premium old school style Chardy! The Dixon Creek Valencian Yarra Valley (2016) is a great treat to sip at and relax with… Its floral aromatics alongside with its fresh stone fruit characters will make your Mondays ‘Oh So Much Better’.

Tuesday: Tuesday is an ideal day to try something slightly atypical. The Yarra Valley produces impressive and luscious Rosé wines for all palates, a good example is the ‘2018 Divine Intervention’; full of vibrant fruit characters, a creamy texture and a touch of fruit sugar that balances the acidity and makes your #ThirstyTuesday something beyond special. Enjoy chilled with Saganaki, soft cheese or barbequed meats… and with good company.

Wednesday: On Wednesday we make ourselves all-set for a good quality red wine. An exceptional one to go along with your midweek mood is the ‘Bar Over Box Coonawarra CabernetSauvignon (2013)’, this typically robust Coonawarra Cabernet leads with aromas of blackberry and cassis with hints of mint, plum and capsicum. Savoury touches and excellent length will make it your best ally for a wine-Wednesday night ‘delight’.

Thursday:  For Vino-Thursday nothing less than a wonderful Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley. Our wine experts have put on top of the list ‘TheAdmiral’ Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2018. This wine is cherry red in colour and has a spicy aroma with leathery overtones. The palate is fresh with flavours of strawberry cream, rhubarb, light tannins and a soft finish with lingering French Oak. Enjoy this fresh, bright and savoury drop with cured meats or roast duck.

Friday: On wine-down Friday, bring on the Bubbly! Kick off your weekend the right way, from Prosecco, to Sparkling  or a nice Brut, dive into our full selection at an exceptional value. A great way to start an evening, and perhaps continue, with the right dishes.

Saturday: It's the weekend! Time to open a bottle of wine and celebrate another week completed. If you find yourself wanting a little bit of variety maybe a Semillion Sauv Blanc to pair with your Saturday’s lunch or perhaps a smooth and rich Shiraz for dinner, then we recommend you to go for a Premium Mixed Case. A great selection including all the favourites. Four different labels in one great mix. Don’t break the bank and don’t compromise on quality!
